#1 La Graciosa
 Located on the tip of the island, exactly in the northwest. It has a fantastic beach called ‘Las Conchas’, where you can also camp. The best southern school is The Graciosa Water Experience and its Stand up Paddle School.
#2 Orzola Beach
 Perfect for beginners. However, you must be careful with its volcanic zone. If you keep walking, you will find Jameos, El Cartel, Punta Mujeres, Arrieta and La Garita. The favorite schools are: KabotiSurf, which has its main office in Famara, but transfer the beginners to Orzola beach. Another school is Mahalo Surf School, whose main office is in Arrieta but they are moving to all beaches in the area
#3 Famara
 Undoubtedly one of the favorite beaches of those who start surfing, because you can take good waves all year long. At ‘El Muelle’, the intensity of the waves varies and becomes suitable for surfers of intermediate levels. The school par excellence is Famara Surf , where you have health insurance while you practice safely.
#4 La Santa
In this area you will find several surf spots like El Quemao, La Derecha, La Izquierda and Club la Santa Beach. Although most of the surfers who come to this spot are middle and advanced there are also schools for beginners like, La Santa Surf Procenter , which teaches classes for all ages and levels.
#5 The Gulf
The Gulf is the name of the crater with a green lagoon filled with sea water. It has an incredible contrast of the black and deep green which forms a unique and great view. El Golfo beach next to the Janubio beach conform this area. Also is covered by an extension of the KabotiSurf School for a person who wants to take surf lessons.
