When you are a passionate kiter the desire to improve and learn increases every time you climb to the table. In this post we mention some of the maneuvers that can be done in the waves.¡ Sure you’ll be wanting to practice them!
Kitesurf tricks
1-Jumping
It is the first trick that you must learn to be able to practice others. To make the jump, it is necessary and fundamental that you can walk and gird.
2-Darkslide
Consists of the kiter remaining in a horizontal position, without changing the height, the greatest time and as close to the water as possible. In order to finish it should be done doing a Kite loop.
3-Kite Loop
This trick is to rotate the kite in 360 degrees while in flight
4-Back Loop
This difficult maneuver consists of jumping backwards, passing the feet with the board included on the head
5-Front Loop
It is a Back Loop but passing the feet forward
6-Front Roll
It is a Front Loop but without throwing the legs

7-Handle Pass
Is considered to be one of the most practiced maneuvers. During the jump you must pass the bar from one hand to another, in the back
8-Blindside
You should carry the board by force with the tip of the feet instead of the heels
9-Back Roll
Performed just like the Back Loop but without raising the feet. It is an essential maneuver that requires good control of the kite. The Back Flip is a variant where the kite is not used to jump
10-Deadman
In this test the Kiter is hung with the head down during the jump dropping the control bar. The Deadman 360 is the variant, a Deadman that includes doing the 360
11-Bone
This maneuver consists of releasing one leg from the table and extending it outwards.
12-Railey
It is a jump in which the Kiter extends the body and passes the board over the head

To perform this spectacular maneuver the Kiter must perform in the air a railey very stretched followed by a 360, bring the bar glued to the waist and spin the faster the better
14-Nose bone
During the jump you should bring the knee to the chest and extend the leg out and forward
Indie: This trick is that the Kiter while on the jump should grab the grab from the board with one hand near his back foot
Remember these tips
- The maneuvers vary depending on the strength of the wind and the size of our kite
- For powerful receptions and more speed, direct our board towards the kite
- Make the first jumps with the wind just to navigate, then with practice, you will gain more height with stronger winds
